Haven CPAP exists because ordering medical supplies shouldn't feel like a part-time job. We're a quiet brand for people who'd rather sleep than shop.
Haven started with a frustrated parent and a recurring problem. Filters were expiring at the bottom of a drawer. Cushions were leaking three months past when they should have been swapped. Reordering through the original supplier was a thirty-minute phone tree.
We looked at the market and realized the same story was happening everywhere. The big CPAP retailers haven't updated their experience in fifteen years. Amazon ships you whichever third-party listing won the algorithm that week. Insurance-routed suppliers want you on hold. None of them treat sleep apnea supplies like a relationship — they treat it like a transaction.
We're a small Canadian operation. We don't have venture capital and we don't want it. We source filters, hoses, water chambers, and cushions directly from the manufacturers that supply the OEM brands — and private-label them under Haven so quality is something we can guarantee, not just hope for. We test every batch. We answer every email within twelve hours. We exist to take this off your list.
